Uliana Artamonova

Dr. Uliana Artamonova is a Research Fellow at the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO), Russian Academy of Sciences, where she works at the Center for North American Studies. Her research focuses on public diplomacy, soft power, propaganda studies, U.S. foreign policy, and Russian-American relations. She is an alumna of Panteion University, Sciences Po Paris, and MGIMO University. She earned a PhD in Political Science in 2023 with a dissertation on U.S. public diplomacy. Her book on U.S. public diplomacy is forthcoming in 2026.
