Gavan Patrick Gray

Gavan Patrick Gray is a Professor at Tsuda University's College of Policy Studies in Tokyo where his research focuses on gender-based violence, political communication, and propaganda. He holds an MA in Intelligence & Counter-Terrorism (Macquarie) and a Phd in Politics & International Relations (Leicester). He is one of the co-founders of the Hestia academic organisation, which runs biannual conferences in East Asia that focus on a critical approach to emergent socio-political issues.
